I am routing a call for a user who had their old business and old number call forwarded to a new DID number, then route to the new numbers mailbox. The callpilot answers and says, "mailBox 1212", then the greeting is heard. Can someone tell me how to remove the CallPilots "Mailbox 1212" message?
