Need to remove CallPilot Prompt on DID call to MBox

Hello,

I am routing a call for a user who had their old business and old number call forwarded to a new DID number, then route to the new numbers mailbox. The callpilot answers and says, "mailBox 1212", then the greeting is heard. Can someone tell me how to remove the CallPilots "Mailbox 1212" message?

I think that plays because a personal verification is not recorded for the mail box

It's only dialtone-VZ

What does the greeting do when dialing the new DID directly? Personal verification or the mailbox number should not play on normal call answering but will with express messaging.
