need to recover a droped table

Hi,
a table is dropped and i need to recover to a certain time.
the table has allot of foreign keys(other tables) dependent on him,
so the table recovery has to have all primary key data
recovered,oterwize there will be an error.

what are the steps to incomplete recovery of single table.
with out restoring/recovering the hole database.
i need to know if there’s a way to restore/recover a tablespace or datafile
to another instance,with rman (auxiliary connection) but to a certain time.
