Need to reboot Senao SL 2511 bg Plus frequently

I have Senao SL 2511 BG Plus configured as Central Bridge. Connected with this are Senao 2611 CB3 Plus(Deluxe) devices as Bridge in Point to Multipoint mode. In these CB3s, the Transmission Rate was configured as Automatic(range is from 1Mbps to 11Mbps). We have about 15-16 CB3s connected with this central bridge. And at each client, they having 8-10 computers in their LAN, sharing the internet.

The Firmware detail is as below:

For SL 2511BG Plus:
Software Version: HWLAN 1.4.3.01
CPU: AMD ELAN SC400 66MHz
RAM: 4MB
Flash: 2MB
Chipset: INTERSIL PRISM WLAN
Firmware Version: 1.2.1
Operation Mode: Central Wireless Bridge

And for Senao CB3:
Bridge firmware: 1.8.0(A)
WLAN Primary firmware: 1.1.0
WLAN Secondary firmware: 1.4.9

Till few days back, everything was working fine. But now I am facing two problems:

First is signal fluctuation problem. The transmission rate fluctuates between 1Mbps and 11Mbps. And there are ping losses also when we ping from client to central bridge.

And second problem is that once in 4-5 days or so I have to reboot the central bridge as it stops transmitting. During this time, I am able to ping the central bridge but am not able to ping any of the client unit. Then after rebooting the central bridge, it works normally. Sometimes I have to reboot it twice as in first reboot, the signal strength does not comes to normal level and after rebooting second time it comes to normal level.

Please guide me to solve these problems.

Is that the newest firmware for the central bridge and the other AP's?
