Need to prioritize ports and hosts on an ASA 5505

I have been given the task of providing the configuration parameters to prioritize VOIP traffic on a 5505.
I have never done this and have only bits and pieces that are not work alone.
If there is anyone who can point me in the right direction, I'd be forever greatful. Here's the requirements:

Prioritize via ports:
SMG - UDP 4569 EXPEDITE

failover - UDP 5060 ENSURE
UDP 10000 - 30000 EXPEDITE
------------
Prioritize via host:
209.208.47.x
209.208.125.xx
209.208.18.xxx

I hope there is someone out there to whom this does not look overwhelmingly frightening.

You want QoS, and the ASA is not built for that. Do you have any routers?
