Hi There.

I need to print the same report twice on 1 sheet of paper.
The report is to print once on the top half of the sheet and then again on the bottom half of the sheet.

Note: the report has a subreport within the detail sectio of the main report.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

this MAY work

Create the top half of the report and close and save it.
Then copy it to a diiferent report
So now you have 2 with slightle different names.

Open the first one in design view
Add a subreport and pick the second one.

If you turn off the border on the subreport in the main report it show look as though it is one report.

Make sure the default view of the second one is NOT datasheet.

PS
you may have to play with it a while to get it to look right.

A variation on doug's reply. Have one main unbound report that has the already existing report as a subreport. Place the subreport TWICE in the main report. Still two reports in the db window. HTH
