How do I print out a list of all the analog extensions without voicemail in our system? We have a Meridian option 81.

If you go to and get the mv.zip, you can do a complete TNB download and it will parse the infromation into an excel spreadsheet.

Then sort by HUNT or FDN and look for numbers that are not going to voicemail.

Doesn't mean they are not programmed in voicemail. You can then cross reference.

The spreadsheet is a great tool to gather your pbx information on paper.

That's a pretty cool macro janaya! Somebody was thinking.

Another way to check, but you wil still have to cross reference, is to go into LD 81, then list all phones with a feature of MWD. Probably not 100% accurate, but it would be a starting point and save some time.

If you have access to your voicemail system, you could also output a list of voicemail boxes and cross reference the other way.
