Need to play message for all DID's before routing to the extension

Gentlemen,

Need a little help. I have a law office that wants to play a disclaimer message for all DID's before routing to their destination. My thought was to use a module in VMPro and then use Variable Routing to transfer the call. I'm using the $DDI variable but can't get the call to transfer to the extension. Carrier is sending 3 digits and the extension numbers match the DID's. I thought it was pretty straight forward but it's giving me a hard time. Any help appreciated.

I doubt that the carrier is sending 3 digits.

In the announcement tab, enter $DDI to hear what the carrier is sending.
