Can anyone help with this.

We are switching to a Cisco voip system but will be using our existing VRU's from AVAYA. Currently pass the vdn extension as a string to our VRUs to identify the type of call and match it with the correct VRU app. Is there anything in IPCC or ICM that does the same thing?

In AVAYA it is the converse on skill command.

Thank you for any help.

I'm not that familiar with IPCC and ICM, but I know they have scripting languages that should somewhat relate to vectoring in the AVAYA world.. IPCC was actually a GEOTEL product, so its pretty powerful..

I'd contact your Cisco REP and make them figure it out..
