Need to open FTP for web page access (CiscoASA 5505)

Hello everyone.

We have a Cisco ASA 55505 and need to open access to port 21 FTP for a webdeveloper who needs to change one of our internal website.

I created the FTP within iis (server03 ent) but I think the router is preventing a succsessfull connection. Now I am no cisco guru (he was laid off!) and I use the ASDM to navigate the router.

What steps do i need to take to accomplish this?
