Assistant has boss's scr keys on her 1140 set. The scr keys will show if he is on one of those lines but if he uses a hot d key - nothing will display to say he is busy. I tried adding bfs keys to the set under the scr-- should I remove the scr keys and replace with bfs? Are there any drawbacks to this for the assistant
