Need to migrate DB2 UDB v6 to v8 and need Help

I need to migrate one of my production systems from DB2 UDB v6 on an AIX OS platform(4.3.3 which I plan to upgrade to 5L) to DB2 UDB v8. Has anyone done this migration before and has any tips on how to smoothly perform this migration?
