I have a client that is running a nortel phone system with a wallboard. The software keeps adding to an access database and it just grows over the years. Theres been a slipup and now she has two databases. (the nortel software created a new database)

The access databases are identical, except for timelines. Where one has cutoff, the other has picked up.

Does anyone know of an easy way to merge these databases into one again? or is there a tool or a script out there that could do the job?

Thank you.

Keeping it simple...

1. Open one database.
2. Import the tables from the other - they will be given the same names but with a number appended.
3. Create and run Append queries to add the data from the imported tables into the original tables.
4. Delete the imported tables and Append queries.

Didn't quite work that well....

Had to do a copy and paste from table to table and try to overwrite some of the data manually. Works now, thanks for the time.
