need to locate dialog window and sendkeys

i need to locate a dialog window(my request involves the ssl certificate dialog windows) and sendkeys to 'enter' hese two windows as they appear...i am running a web browser control in my application and dialog window displayed when i access the required page from the browser control...i need to know when this dialog is open and if it is send an 'enter' keystroke to it...

any help will be greatly appreciated
