Need to list three dates in on field on a report.

I need to list three date fields in on box on a report.
DOL - Date of Loss
DOR - Date of Report
DOC - Date of Closure

It should look like this
1/1/1990
1/1/1990
12/31/1990

This is what I have for formatting.

Trim(cstr([dol])&chr(13)&chr(10)&cstr([dor])&chr(13)&chr(10)&cstr([doc]))

What is returned is
#Error
1/1/1990
12/31/1990

Where am I going wrong.

Is by chance [dol] sometimes null ?

No thought of that too and checked the back end table to ensure that all records have a dol and they do.
