of .net .I mean how it goes in a proper company.

Someone retests the Beta Build
Someone Approves Build
Someone releases Build unto helpless users
Users complain but start using it anyway only to find it is now easier than it was before.
Users Happily use it for a while
Technology improves
Users again complain
AND THEN --> Someone gets another idea.
