Need to know if 3Com 427C router and NVPN r compatible

Hi, I'm a vendor and we are setting up (N)VPN for a large client. Their IT/Network person has asked me to find out if their 3COM 427C router will work with the new network. They are converting over from Frame-Relay. Thanks in advance!
