I've got a Partner II with 9 incoming lines. One line is somehow dedicated to a specific extension. That extension has a phone and a fax on it. The fax is plugged into the aux port of the phone. Everything works ok as far as faxing and using the phone on that one line. What I'd like to know is how to see where this is set up. Is there a way to view the config? I tried looking at #208 and #601, but I don't see anything there.

Separately, is there a way to dedicate this line to the extension while allowing the phone to be part of the rest of the system. As it is now, it is isolated and can't communicate with the rest of the system.

Try #301 and see if that helps.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.

I'll try that. But is there a way to view the current line assignment without changing it?

If it is #301, I think it will display if the line is assigned to that particular extension.

Also, if you press "FEATURE 00" at each extension, you can press the programmable buttons what each one is for (if the telephone has a display).

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
