Need to install another directory on Win2K server

Error message: STOP 0xC000021A received because of modified default permissions. I need to correct this by installing Wins NT to another directory....how do I installl this directory what are the steps...will i be prompted to create this directory. I need to get to the old directory so that I can make the necessary changes to revert back to the old directory. What is the process involved.

Need the steps.
