I just installed a refurb Call Pilot 150. I was able to initialize it using the telset and can access programming through the telset, but I cannot get into the Call Manager. The default IP does not work. How do I ID what the IP address currently is?
I need to change the COS options and to my knowledge, this cannot be done on a telset. Is that correct?
Thank you.

So often when I try to use the SEARCH option on TT I get "no results for this query" even when asking easy stuff. Not sure what I am doing wrong.
It's frustrating.

I just tried "Call Pilot 150 IP address" and got lots of hits.

Also try entering this in Google:
What is the default IP address of callpilot 100 150 site:tek-tips.com

Note I put both 100 and 150 in case somebody posted only about one or the other.

can go before or after your question

Here is a short cut if you want to add one:

I see that my original post was not as clear as it should have been. I know what the default IP address is for the Call Pilot systems, but the IP address on this particular system has been changed and I have been unable to get into the CP Manager. Today I tried a serial to USB adapter and had absolutely no luck, but then I realized my pc had no driver installed for the adapter. Just remedied that tonite and will try again tomorrow to follow the instructions for going in through the serial port to default or change the IP.

Found info using PuTTY in place of the hyperterm. Looks like a pain but I will give it my best shot.

You were clear, it was only an example I used.

I assumed when you said "Never mind, just found a bunch of answers" that you meant it therefore you dont need further help.
