Need to have a Custom Sort LIST of values of the Parameter

Hi,

I have a 20 list of values in the Parameter which i did by using Dynamic parameters. But i was not able to custom sort the list of values. Users first wanted to display 3 important ones and remaining 17 next to it.

Please let me know.
