Need to get title to go between ads/3 columns/one title

I'm starting a small publication and need to get the titles for the ads to go across 3 columns of text that are linked together. Also stay in line with the text so I can add new ad between the headers and not have the reformat each time I add new text.

Each column has a text box and each is linked to the box in the next two columns so the text will flow from one box to the next column. Now I need to devide them with headers between the ads to type in the type of ad but I need to to go across all three columns.

I've been trying to figure this out for days... any help would be appreciated. Even if it's "you can't do that"... sorry going crazy over here.

The best way of getting the headings to extend across all three columns of text they relate to, is to have them in a separate text box. You can group the heading text box to its columns if you need to ensure they always stay together.
