Need to get simple CDR report

I'd like to get a simple CDR report for a particular phone, just outgoing/incoming calls and duration.
When I go to User Reports->Bills and select desired user/extension it only shows outgoing calls.
When I do CDR->Search->By User/Extension and Send Report, it sends the report as unreadable (or I should say badly formatted) .txt format.
Is there another way to get report in readable format?

While logging in locally to the CallManager server, use SQL Enterprise Manager and run a query on the CDR Database / CallDetails table. Export the file to Excell2000 format. It walks you through the process of building the query. You will have to convert the date / time into the correct format. Search cisco's website with the string.
