I have a new one (for me anyway).
Currently calls come into a Hunt Group which has Overflow set for calls to go to a particular extension that's setup to Forward Unconditional to a night answering service. That external company is changing to one that will be taking Overflow calls during the day and their system allows for a caller to stay in queue but receive a call back.
My question is:
Can anyone point me in the right direction to have my Overflow calls both:
-send original party's caller ID to the outside party
- be "released" from the IPO once the outside party's system answers
Or if there's a better way to handle this, I'm all ears.
