Need to forward to external line

I am the administrator, and I know the dangers involved but have been asked to set the following up.
We will have employee working from home. Would like employee to dial into our phone system and get outside line to make telemarketing calls. We don't want emp. to incur long distance calls, nor have emp. home number show on customers with call display.
I have a special extension set up and forwarded to '9'.
This works when calling from inside the PBX, but does not work when dialing in from outside.
I can also call forward to a 10 digit external number which works, but does not work when call forwarding to '9'.
DN has class CFXA assigned. What else is needed?

Well I have the capability to call form my home through the office phone system and be able to have an open line tom call any where in the country. The way I set it up was through a DID pointed to a menu through Meridian Mail. I created a pass code just to enter the menu then I created a second Pass code once the correct # was pushed. Here is how I programmed it.

DID Points to the Auto attendant main message. Employee enters and ext#. VM will ask user for pass code. Once the user has entered pass code. They hear a generic voice message stating that they have reached a test mailbox. The employee dials a number 1-9 which is programmed to call. Another message will come on asking for a pass code. Once the user has done all of this they are able to dial any number they want. But they first must dial a 9 + before they dial their number.

you can also use DISA.. (dial in system access) but beware of this as it is a door into your switch for hackers..
