Hi,
I need to forward an analog DN to another analog DN. Both DNs are used for faxing. I tried using the FTR xxx command, but it doesn't forward it to the DN. Doug

You cannot remotely forward a phone unless you build "Remote Call Forwarding"
What we do is:

[ul]
[li]Change the number of the broke fax machine[/li]
[li]Build the number back as a Phantom or ACD - pointed to the good fax machine[/li]
[/ul]

Or, if it is temporary and not a permanent change, you could add HUNT and FTR FDN to the first one transferring to the 2nd extension. That way it will go to the second fax when the first is either busy or no answer, then when you plug a good fax back in, it will work normally. You may have to add HTA and FNA in the CLS.
