Need to fix my script

I posted a couple months ago but no one helped me.
My problem is with a script that someone wrote for me a long time ago. When you look at it you'll see that the black letters are too far apart. The colored ones are exactly how they are supposed to be.

I know virtually nothing about javascript. This script used to work but suddenly quit.

The main site is not up yet. I only have this page up.
