allows me to restrict the 10 years old boy at the house I am fixing the pc. I know how block people from installing software on Windows 2000 server, but in XP PRO I have not being able, the only thing I did was added the kid to the guest type of account, and give password to all the other users:mom, dad, sister. But the kid will install any kind of crap from the internet (spam, spyware, malware, virus, toolbars, etc)

Does anyone know of a free software to do this?
I research on download.com and found a lot of free parental control software but more inclined to web browsing.

Please, help

Microsoft Shared Computer Toolkit for Windows XP (Beta)

Don't be put off by the "Beta" there are distinct possibles with this software, read the review carefully, it is a free and smallish download and worth experimenting with.

This may have some possibilities too.
