Need to extract symposium with datastage or informatica

Hello,

Is it possible to extract the symposium data via an etl tool such as datastage or informatica. We want to dimensionally model and then load the call center data into our oracle warehouse for better reporting capabilities. We need to combine the call center data with external data for predictive analysis to forecast call volume.

Don't know how datastage or informatica works but if they can use ODBC to retrieve data you probably can use the following thread:

The only question that I will ask in conjunction with the above is what version of CCM are you running? The directions in that thread sound like directions for some older versions of symposium.

In CCM 7.0 Nortel switched to a cache database, so the directions are a little different. For the most part they are the same, you still require a driver, and need to establish a DSN connection.

I have some directions here for connecting to the CCM server. Thanks!

I lent my CC6 client app cd to my interconnect and they have lost it anyone know how I can get my hands on a copy?
