working in a hospital and have some analog phones that need to be restricted from making call at different times in the day. is there the nurse station can control this?

Using PCPro MAT command MBST, you can busy out the station. If you have a pre-defined class of service to outgoing restrict, you could use the ASCL command to change the class of service.
If you have the hospitality software license, then you have additional options. A hospitality console can use the DND option. There is also the Suite room (Hotel) options, but you need the software licensing to get those command options.

Night mode is tricky to do without an attendant console. I need to check, but I think you still may need a console card.
