Need to default a BCM50

I'm trying to reset a BCM50 back to factory default. I have the directions from the install guide and it makes sense. When I press the reset button, the green LED's don't change. So I can't initiate the reset. Has anyone done this proceedure before, and have any tips or pointers for me.

You need to reboot the BCM before you can start the level 2 reset. Reboot the system, and when the bottom yellow LED begins flashing, press the reset button and follow the procedure from there.
