Need to cut from on picture and insert to another

Hi there,

I am a complete novice at PSP. I have 2 images. They are of a world map split inside 2 circles and surrounded with a decorative design.

They image with the nicest design has a fuzzy map inside the circles. I would like to cut the map from the clearer image and insert it over the map which is fuzzy.

I have tried cutting the circle and cant even do that. I need help. The image is to be used as a tatoo and needs to be clear.

Any help would be gratefully accepted.

Using the lassoo tool click around the edge of the map you want to copy. Do Ctrl C to copy then go to the other picture and do a paste as new layer. That should do it.
