Need to create reports for an application using v8.5 viewer

I have CR XI on my laptop for developing reports. I have a client that has an older custom application that supports the viewing of v8.5 Crystal Reports. He's not willing to change on his end. I don't have v8.5 Crystal Reports to develop or modify reports for him.

What are my options?
Can I "save as" to an older format?
Can I still buy v8.5 Crystal Reports?

Yeah, you need CR 8.5 or earlier, the format changed dramatically in CR 9 (unicode support).

Ebay usually has 8.5 available dirt cheap.
