Need to create Outlined ai instead of image ai

I am working with my Chinese manufacturer. He is asking for Outline ai format and apparently my MAC Illustrator is producing Image ai which he cannot use. I want him to use the font I picked, which he does not have.

How can I save my file as a outline ai?

Is it any of these formats?

I think they mean when the text is final, convert the text to outlines. I usually save a version called "filename_text.ai" in case there are later text edits, and one with all text converted to outlines (under type > create outlines) saved as an eps.
