Need to create new paper size for HP LJ 4

I have a client that runs several HP LaserJet 4's on their small office network. Workstations are Windows 98 running Office 2000.

I can't figure out how to create or add a paper size to let them keep letterhead in the MP tray so that Word will know to tell the printer to pull it when necessary. They have done this for years with WP 5.1 but I can't find the means to do this with their current system.

What is their current system/word processor. May be some settings there if we knew what it is. I have used WordPerfect, Word, AmiPro, WordPro.

As I included in the original post, they are running Win 98 workstations with Word 2000 as the word processor.

I have looked in the printer configuration but can't see how to add a paper size. I need to add letterhead and leave it in a dedicated (MP) paper tray.
