Need to create Multi-leveled Flash inside Director?

Can multi-leveled Flash movies work within a Driector presentation?
I would like to have a video intro that when complete allows the user interactivity with a Flash interface. The Flash interface would have multiple "Set variable", "Go to" and "Load movie" commands.
Is this possible? If not, what is the best way I can have a video intro and then have a Flash presentation?
