Hi! Hope someone can help me because my boss has asked me to create a report from a table in Microsoft Access. The table has more than 50 columns so I want to print it in landscape format. However there is no way I can fit all the 50 field names in just a little more than 2 pages. How can I create a report that is, say four or five pages wide in landscape format? Any help is VERY, VERY appreciated because my boss wants to see the report ASAP.

So, please, please help me?

I use dynamic reports, and those work pretty well until the data exceeds "X" number of columns.

After that, I'll open an instanse of Excel and "shove" the data into it. Then, I manipulate the Excel object, "tilting" the column headings to make more room.

Or, you could print to a printer that prints on 11 X 14.....

Also, I'd take a good hard look at your tables. 50 columns sounds a bit much, most likely needs to be normalized. Tyrone Lumley

The physical limit to width of a report is 22". Have you looked into staggering detail lines? If the fields cooperate, it may be an option:
Code:
field1 field2 field3 field4

   field5 field6 field7

Just a thought.....

It makes me angry that there is a physical limit of how wide a report can be. Thanks for your advice anyway guys.
