Need to create a printer port

Hi,
I'm running Metaframe 1.8 and a published medical application on win2000 term servers to new IBM thin clients. Everything was great until we purchased a new lab system with special thermal label printers. The label printers can only connect through a serial port, (why in the world???) to make a long story short, I don't have a clue as to how I can map server serial ports to the thin client workstations.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
