Need to copies to print

Kitchen staff decided they now want 2 copies of every order to print to the HOT and COLD printers.

Simple: in the past, all I remembred doing was adding the same printer twice in the HOT printer group, and then in the cold. It's not working this time though.

So I changed it up a bit. I made one single printer group, and put both the hot and cold printers in there, two times each (total of four printers in the group).

I also double checked to make sure the item I was testing this with is asigned to the proper printer group, and it is. But it's only printing one time at each printer.

This should be printing twice at each printer then, shouldn't it?

I could have sworn this used to work as well. You could setup a print group(Hot/Cold)with the 2 real printers and 2 fake printers in it. Then setup 2 events to reroute the fake printers to the real printers. This should work, but maybe there is an easier way?

Definitely 2 ply paper here. NO sense making this complicated if you can avoid it. Good idea there......
