Need to click on inbox before exchange delivers email...

Hi all,

I have an Exchange2000SP2 server running here at work and my workstation is WinXPSP1 with OfficeXPSP2 on it...
What is happening is that I don't get my emails in automatically...
I have to click on my inbox or another folder within outlook before my new email gets registered...

All my win2k workstations are fine...
It's just happening on my 2 XP machines...

Any Suggestions?
