need to click link twice

recently i have noticed that i quite often have to click a hyperlink two times to get it to go.

any ideas why?

What if you click it once and wait? Does it still work?

What browser are you seeing this in? Do you see it in other browsers? Is it just once site? All sites?

IE7, all sites. if i reboot it clears up for awhile then randomly starts again.

Ive heard of this before but usually it is from a pop up blocker. Not sure if it is your problem but worth checking.
