need to change "night automated script"

currently the messaged instructs the caller to dial the ext. # or to type in the first several letters of the persons last name and follow it with the # sign.

a lot of our customer don't know how to spell the last names let alone pronounce them.

How can I change the message so that I can list the names of our employee's and their extension number, and what should the message instruct the caller to do to retrieve their desired ext. ie (press # and the ext, #)

Please help
 
Ther are a few different ways to do this. One is to make a selector code go to a submenu and in there tell the caller the persons name and ext. number and they can transfer from that menu.
