Need to change PLDN for HMS 1

The voicemail dn is 7000 (mwk, etc) but 8000 is PLDN with Group Hunt 7001 thru 7022. I need to remove PLDN 8000 and replace it with PLDN 4000. How do I do this? Will it affect voicemail in anyway? Biggest question - will there be any service disruption?

no just create a new ght list in ld 18, then go to ld 57 and set your pldn ffc code at 4000.


You can have the same ght list numbers on two different pldns so you can keep 8000 up and working until you test 4000 and know that it works.
