Need to change local admin account remotely

I need software that can change local admin accounts on all computers and servers, must work on NT 4.0, 2000, XP.

Need this today, I know, but this is when I found out about it.

Not sure if you want to change the account name or password, but the Net User command should do what you need.

Thanks Xemus for the help. This command seems to work on servers only, according to MS. But, it will come in handy later.
What I was wanting to do is change passwords on all servers and PC's.
What we found is

We can change passwords and the name of user accounts on all computers. We are evaluating it for 30 days but it looks very promising.
