Need to calculate total days less weekends 1

Hello,
I am creating a report in Crystal Reports 2008 that calculates the total amount of dates it took an employee to complete a task. I have a start date and an end date. I have used the "Order Process Time" formula to calculate total days lapsed; however, this includes weekends. How do I filter out the weekends and get the total working days instead?
