I am setting up an HP-UX 11 system (I last worked with 9.04) and currently creating filesystems on an XP256 disk array.

The question is about the buffer cache. The disk array has its own on-board cache, so there is no need to utilize the Unix buffer cache. Is there any way to bypass buffer cache at the physical volume, volume group, logical volume, or filesysetm levels? Thanks in advance.
