Need to be consolidate hardisk from one system to another

I have Two SPARCcenter-2000(sun4d)server . I need to consolidate( move hardware & software ) from vigor to vigor1.
All System boards(except 1), CPUs(except 1), memory(except 64Mb), SBUS cards go from vigor to vigor1.
The only disks that remain on vigor will be the internal drives.
does any one knows what will be the procedure for this. or
any necessary step ..

Am I correct in assuming that vigor will become an nfs server for files mounted on to vigor1?
