I have a MS Small Business Server running ISA 2000
I Need to audit a users access to Internet Explorer and even better what sites they are going to and When.
I have checked the ISA logs but they aren't providing enough info.
Any ideas wouldbe great.

Under Monitoring Configuration: Logs, if you turn on logging for 'ISA Server Web Proxy Service' you will get a wealth of information including ClientIP, Client user name, Date, Time, Destination Host and url, Destination IP, Bytes sent and received, Result code, which Rules allowed the access, and much more. All of this for everything someone touches on the web.

The logging can be set to log to file or to a database. The file is easy to query with Access or whatever for reporting. Bear in mind that your log files will be huge.
