Hello all;
This question has come to me from a co-worker using a DB designed by someone who is now longer around.
They are running a MS Access 2007 front end and back end database. The DB is currently password protected however the admin wants to have password levels that allows for read/write and query design access and read only access.
I have searched around but can't find anything on this subject other than the encryption feature which doesn't appear to allow for seting up password permissions. Also tried to convert one of my DB's to ACCDE to investigate if this was the first step but got an error message that Access was unable to create the ACCDE.
Can someone please give me some direction/suggestions on this?
Thanks
Robert
