Need to add slave server to rmt loacation

Hello,

I currently have an office of 50 remote users on an exchange server that is located at our main office, we connect over a frame circut tcp/ip.
I would like to move these ppl off onto their own 'slave' server at the remote location.

I am expecting, in advance, that i am going to run into problems. It sounds easy enough, but I've learned that lesson before

What should I expect? Is there something I should know that could hold me up?

I am just trying to gather experience from others who have done the same, nip the problem before it bites.
