Need to add another comsole

I have 2 consoles installed now 4424D with 4450. These call cover several people. I have another user that just added 4450 to 4424D. She wants her extension to be a console phone to cover the other 2 consoles when they are not available. Is ther some thing special about being a console phone or can we just have her call cover the other 2 console extensions.

On IPO (unlike magix) there is nothing special about a console phone, no. Program them like any other group, either with an actual HG or using coverage.
